Responsibilities

Produce and maintain on an ongoing basis operational and service support documentation for a customer's specific operational environment and against contracted service levels. These included: Operational Policy Guidelines, Operational Support Documentation, Technical and Server Documentation, Escalation Procedures, Project Documentation, Operational Process Descriptions, Application Operational Guides, Server Management Procedures and Configurations, and Operational Documentation consequent to change / release management processes.

Produce documentation to support the operational processes and procedures for new customers who are transitioned into IS Operations, consistent with IS Operations Standard Operations Model and standards.

Ensure documentation change control processes are in place and documentation is available through appropriate document storage environments (web pages, intranet, share-point, shared drives, etc.)

Develop and implement IS Operations documentation methodologies, processes and standards.

Provide support for general documentation requirements as required by IS Operations managers and staff.
