Responsibilities
Review and edit the documentation for the TaxMod, Taxation and Benefits Modelling system. Convert the RTF files for the current Winhelp documentation to AuthorIT database. Publish HTML Help and Word documents from AuthorIT.
Review and redesign the user interface of Taxmod application. Conduct Information Architecture analysis of Taxmod product domain. Assess product usability and rewrite online Help documentation.
Design and prototype a Microsoft Access database reporting system for taxation model data.
